1. We will contact your Medallia System Lead and outline the technical integration via the Medallia API.

2. We will work with your Data Protection Officer to clarify all privacy issues and sign the necessary agreements.

3. We will collaborate with your IT Security Officers to clarify and complete any security audits and assessments.
   ‍
4. We will connect via the Medallia API and launch a pilot phase with your power users.

Once the pilot phase is complete, we will roll out the integration to your entire organization.
