1. Contact your CRM System Lead and discuss the technical integration via the Microsoft Dynamics API.

2. Work with your Data Protection Officer to clarify privacy issues and sign the necessary agreements.

3. Collaborate with your IT Security Officers to clarify and complete security audits and assessments.
   ‍
4. Connect via the Microsoft Dynamics API and launch a pilot phase with your power users.

Once the pilot phase is complete, we will roll out the integration to your entire organization.

The MS Dynamics integration automatically updates all information in the MIGO Feedback Hub on a nightly basis. This ensures that your customer feedback is always up-to-date and accessible in MIGO Feedback.
